Debbie Plummer is a longtime resident of Ephraim and descendent of the James Allred family who settled Spring City. She has always had a fascination and love of the history of Sanpete County. Debbie will talk about the early settlement, history, and humorous stories of the of the Sanpete valley. Debbie works for the county and is a former president of the Lions Club. She is married to Mark Plummer and together they raised 7 children in Sanpete
