Instructions for Workbooks

You may have done some workbooks in grade school that were busywork; I'm not in favor of that.  However, Knight's workbook is very educational.  Knight suggests I assign all of the workbook questions, but a few are repetitive enough that I've allowed you to skip a few of them.  Here's the list of which ones to skip.
