Concert Critique Guidelines

This concert critique requires that you see one professional or college level dance concert of your choice (modern, ballet, jazz, etc.)  Your paper should reflect your thoughts and impression through constructive criticism.  Constructive criticism means: criticism or advice that is useful and intended to help or improve something, often offering possible solutions.  Do NOT use words like “it was good” or “it was bad”. Use words that create meaning. “It was good because....” “I didn’t like it because....” Explain your answers in detail.  This paper is worth 55pts. 2 points extra credit for taking a picture of the ticket stub or concert program and submitting it on Canvas with your paper.

**This first paper will not be accepted without a being proof read by the writing lab**
