Greetings All! This is your first Written Reflection and counts as 10% of your final grade. It is due on June 14 by 5pm. There are two parts to this assignment (Hint: Step 1 is REALLY easy so don't screw it up!)

Step 1: At the top of your Written Reflection submission please include your NAME AND CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS. I will use your mailing address to send you the required reading for this course at no cost to you.

Step 2: Review pages 1-3 of the document below (labeled Proposed Peer Mentoring Concept and Proposed Timeline). What stands out to you in this document (both positive and negative)? When you review this document and realize you are the first group of students to go through this new Peer Mentoring process what does that mean to you? What do you think a strong Peer Mentoring culture at Snow College should look like? How do you see the role of Peer Mentors evolving over the next several years? What additional thoughts do you have about this document? Your written reflection should be at least one full page but no more than two pages, double spaced with 1.25 inch margins, and 12 point font. I encourage you to submit your document as a .doc, .docx, or .pdf file type. And don't forget your name and address!
